Patient Information
Information related to a patient’s treatment is always confidential and never routinely disclosed. For family members out of the area, information on patients may be given with special permission by the patient. Our nursing staff can explain how information may be readily accessed over the phone with prior consent.

Directions
From I-75: Take I-75 to I-475 West to U.S. 23 North. Take the Sylvania Exit (Monroe Street). Go right (east) on Monroe Street to Alexis Road. Keep to your left as Monroe will merge into Alexis. Regency will be on your left.
From I-80/90: Take the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/90) and merge onto U.S. 23 North. Take the Sylvania Exit (Monroe Street). Go right (east) on Monroe Street to Alexis Road. Keep to your left as Monroe will merge into Alexis. Regency will be on your left.
